In order to fulfil a substantial order, our client wished to construct a factory in the Russian Far East but a dispute had arisen over the ownership of the land involved. Working quickly, we retrieved the relevant deeds, then identified that the property had been correctly privatised by the authorities and who were the real beneficial owners, whom we profiled.

Our prompt research allowed our client to fight off opportunistic attempts to extort payments from it and proceed with construction of the plant, and fulfilment of its strategically important contract.
